The foundation is committed to get better education for the children of the Indrapur School. We try to support this in various ways. In order to provide these children with good education, we believe it is important that the teachers receive additional training. In order to take the education level one step further. For example, we have been able to offer a number of teachers extra training through your donations. Three teachers, together with our Arbind, traveled to Pokhara to follow this training at Aamaghar, the school of the Light of Life foundation.
Binita, Maya, Nishma (some teachers from the Indrapur School) and Arbind arrived in Pokhara last week. Pokhara is a 12-hour drive from Haripur. They attend various lessons, including calculation, dancing and they learn how to make teaching materials themselves.
