The basis of the foundation is, and will always be, offering education to children in Haripur. Our target groups are approx. 3-16 year olds. We want to offer them a solid education which hopefully enables them to go to college or university and later on to participate in the economic development in their region. Besides that we want to improve hygiene (less illness/disease means a lower child mortality rate) and offering the kids at least 2 meals per day. Cooperation with social workers, local government, teachers and parents is crucial. We do not want to offer development aid, we want to achieve development cooperation so that the locals can eventually look after themselves.
