Stroopwafels ( a traditional Dutch cookie )

After that we were welcomed by Arbind’s Family with flowers (a katha) and the famous red dot on our forehead (tika) and a lovely meal. Early in the evening we visited an evening class which we sponsor. We treated about 60 kids to stroopwafels, a traditional Dutch cookie.

Meeting with the head of a private school

The kids sang for us, we played some games with them and took loads of photos and videos. We then went back to our place where we had an interesting meeting with the head of a private school who was willing to discuss a cooperation with our small school. Let’s see what tomorrow will bring us.
